What frustrated me most during my visit was the lack of proper support when I was seeking assistance for a serious diagnosis. I had heard good things about their services in Maryvale Village, Arizona, but my experience with Cheryl left me feeling quite let down. The scheduling process seemed chaotic, and when I finally got in, the interaction was more unhelpful than I expected. It felt like I was just another number on a list rather than a person needing genuine care. I really hope they consider improving their responsiveness; patients deserve to feel heard, especially when dealing with serious health issues.

I can honestly say my journey for my child's mental health stability has been a bit of a roller coaster. When we first started seeing the practitioners here, I was hopeful. Katie Hoke was particularly attentive and made sure we were on the right path with medication dosages. However, my experience had its bumps. I often felt frustrated with the communication, as it seemed like appointments left us needing more answers than we arrived with. I appreciate the support from Nancy Simms and Jackie, but there were times when I felt my concerns about my child's needs weren't prioritized as much as they should have been. I think a little more focus on communication could really elevate the care they provide. Still, I’m grateful for the help we've received and hope to see improvements moving forward.

I can honestly say my experience with the appointment scheduling was a bit disappointing. I felt frustrated trying to get my appointments set up in Phoenix's Maryvale Village. The communication about available times was unclear, and I found myself left hanging more than once. It's a shame because the services offered seem really beneficial. I just wish the scheduling process was as seamless as the programs they provide. A little more clarity would go a long way!
