I’d highly recommend this place for hair styling! Jennifer is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and the result was just fantastic. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly, making every visit such a delight. I only go occasionally, but each time has been a great experience!

I didn’t expect to feel a bit disappointed during my visit. Ingrid's skill with hair weaving is top-notch—she really knows her stuff and made my hair look fabulous. However, the customer service could use a little polish. Between the wait times and some sarcastic remarks from the staff, it did take away from the overall experience. I’ve been there a few times now, and while I love how my hair turns out every time, I think some tweaks in the service aspect would make all the difference. If they can work on that, I’d be all in for my next styling session!
