To say I’m grateful for Jefferson Health would be an understatement! I recently took my daughter there for urgent care due to dehydration—let me tell you, it was quite a whirlwind. From the moment we walked in, the whole experience felt so smooth and calming. Deanna and Kelsey S. were absolute gems! They switched into superhero mode, making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. They swiftly got her the fluids she needed, and I genuinely appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were. My daughter was hydrated and happy in no time, and honestly, it lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. If you’re ever in need of urgent care, I can't recommend Jefferson Health enough—they turned a stressful situation into a positive one!

Without question, my experience at the urgent care was incredibly reassuring. Right from the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was really hoping for a positive experience during my recent visit in Northeast Philadelphia. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like the staff wasn’t as engaged as I expected. The X-ray tech was quite dismissive when I had questions about the procedure, which left me feeling a bit anxious instead of assured. I believe there's room for improvement in both the quality of service and staff knowledge. While I appreciate the convenience of having a local option for medical consultations, I left feeling dissatisfied and a bit frustrated.
