I walked in feeling a mix of hope and a little frustration. My appointment was scheduled quite a while ago, but I ended up waiting quite a bit longer than expected. When I finally got to see the doctor, I was relieved, but I had hoped for a smoother experience. I get it; life gets busy, especially in Center City, Philadelphia! It would be great if the staff could communicate better about delays and over-scheduling. I felt a bit uninformed during my wait, which added to my frustration. On the plus side, once with the doctor, I received the medical consultation I needed. I just wish the process flowed more smoothly. I’m planning to go back occasionally simply because the care is important to me, but I’d love to see some improvements in communication next time.
