I wasn't overly impressed with my recent visit for a birth control injection. I came in expecting everything to be smooth, primarily hoping that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy without a hitch. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I left feeling a bit frustrated since I had to follow up myself instead of relying on the office to take care of it. While the staff was generally friendly, the inconsistency left me wanting better communication. I suggest they work on ensuring prescriptions are sent out as promised to avoid unnecessary hiccups for patients like me.

The moment I walked into Jefferson Health for my gynecological exam, I felt at ease thanks to the respectful staff who greeted me right away. However, I was a bit disappointed with how the initial interview went. It seemed a little rushed, which made me feel like my concerns weren't fully addressed. It would be great if they could provide additional training for practitioners on conducting these interviews; it would really elevate the overall experience. That said, the exam itself was thorough, and the facilities were clean and welcoming. I appreciate that they offer so many women's health services, and I hope my next visit will feel a bit more personal.

It wasn’t long before I started to feel really frustrated. I had a medical consultation scheduled and ended up missing it because of unexpected delays on my end. I reached out, hoping for some help or guidance, but the staff wasn't very accommodating. A little more communication about late arrivals would really go a long way. It's disappointing to not receive the care I was looking forward to. 😟
