Not long after I signed up for a class at Jefferson Health, I found myself quite frustrated. Initially, I was excited about the opportunity to learn more about breastfeeding, but the responsiveness of the staff left much to be desired. I tried calling for some questions, but it felt like no one was ever available to pick up. The content of the class was solid, but the lack of communication really dampened the experience. It would have made a world of difference if they could improve their phone responsiveness and provide a more professional interaction overall.

I never expected my experience at Jefferson Health to be so frustrating. The staff at the front desk seemed unprofessional and something just felt off throughout my visit. It was disheartening because I really wanted to trust the team there for my health needs. I think the front desk could really benefit from some training on customer service and communication—it would make a world of difference!
