I was blown away by the lack of communication from JCPenney regarding my scheduled haircut. I had been looking forward to my appointment all week, only to find out it was canceled without any notice. I tried calling to get an explanation, but the staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent. It's frustrating when you're trying to pamper yourself, and things like this happen. I really think they need to improve on timely communication about changes to appointments. I probably won’t be rushing back.
