After my visit, I was left feeling incredibly frustrated. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s hair styling for school, hoping to have her looking her best for the week ahead. When we arrived, the stylists were initially friendly, but as the minutes turned into what felt like an eternity, it became clear that our appointment was not a priority. It was disheartening to see other clients being seen before us despite our scheduled time. This experience has taught me the importance of communication and management in a service-oriented environment. I truly believe that if the staff were trained to prioritize scheduled clients, it would greatly improve the overall experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place for timely hair services, especially for special occasions like back-to-school styling.

I went in for a haircut, hoping to give my look a refresh, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The cut was uneven and definitely not what I had imagined. It's a bummer when you're excited for a change and it doesn't go as planned. I suggest they stick to their advertised prices and focus on making sure the haircuts are more precise. 😔
