If you’re looking for a quick fix for your nails, you might leave with mixed feelings. I decided to stop by for some nail refills, hoping to add a fresh coat after my polish had started to chip away. While the atmosphere was lovely and calming, I couldn’t help but feel a bit let down by the interaction I had with the staff. I expected a bit more warmth and helpfulness, especially since I've only been in a few times. I get that everyone has off days, but a smile and a friendly vibe can make a world of difference. Although my nails turned out decent, I think there’s room for improvement in communication and courtesy. I want to leave a salon feeling pampered, not just serviced. I wouldn’t dismiss returning, but I hope for a better experience next time.

After my visit, I walked away feeling pretty disappointed. I had specifically gone in for a nail repair, but I found it difficult to get the assistance I needed. The staff seemed uninterested and not very willing to help. I really hoped for a better experience, especially since I've heard so many good things about their other services. It would be great if they could improve their service availability and make the staff a bit more engaged with customers. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to leaving with a great repair and a smile.
