Jackson Heights Urgent Care

While I was seeking urgent care at Jackson Heights Urgent Care for some medical records and results needed for immigration purposes, I have to say, I left feeling quite disappointed. The services offered seemed promising, and I appreciated having the option for rapid lab tests and virtual care. However, the interaction with the front desk staff was not pleasant. I found them to be a bit rude, which did put a damper on my experience. I believe that improving the customer service aspect could really make a difference here. It’s a shame, as the medical services themselves have a lot of potential, but the overall experience was marred by the initial greeting. I would suggest that management considers some retraining for their front desk team to create a more welcoming atmosphere for patients.

I had no idea how efficient and comforting telemedicine could be until I had my virtual visit. Kim Gapdula was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease while discussing my concerns. During those trying days, the prompt customer service really stood out and helped me navigate what I needed—a work excuse! I left feeling grateful for the support and understanding I received. It's nice to know that such care is just a call away!

The doctors were thorough and provided good explanations for the tests and recommendations, but I left feeling a bit disappointed overall. While I appreciate the care I received from the medical team, a friendlier face at the front could make a world of difference in the overall experience. Hopefully, that will improve in future visits, as I do intend to return for my medical needs.
