Vanessa, the practitioner I worked with, was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find a place that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, but here they really hit the mark. I can't wait to return for my next session!

I must say, my visit for a consultation was surprisingly refreshing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and calming. Alex took the time to really listen to my concerns and provided thoughtful advice tailored to my needs. Val and Vanessa were equally friendly and engaging, which made for a fun and light-hearted experience. I left feeling encouraged and excited about my health journey. It’s not often you encounter such a fantastic team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

I walked in with high hopes for my weight loss journey, excited about the medical advice and treatments that were promised. The environment felt welcoming at first, but I soon noticed that the staff's consistency was lacking. I saw different doctors on my visits, and while some were truly helpful, others didn't seem as informed or engaged. I had a program in mind and was looking forward to expert guidance, but the communication gaps were a bit frustrating. That said, I did manage to lose some weight and feel better overall, but it could have been a more seamless experience. I think they really need to focus on improving their staff communication and consistency to fully meet their clients' needs. I'd return for the right program, but I hope for improvement in their approach next time.
