After visiting International Fragrance Shop in Baltimore, I have to say I left feeling a bit mixed. I initially went in hoping to get a cost-effective refill for my favorite scent, but the prices for refills seemed higher than I anticipated. The shop itself is charming and brimming with various fragrances and wellness products, but I couldn't shake off the feeling that I could get a better deal elsewhere. I really wish they could lower the prices a bit, as the selection is fantastic and I'd love to make refills a regular habit! Overall, it's a nice spot for fragrant finds, just be ready to spend a little more than expected.
