As soon as I walked into the urgent care facility in Houston, I was hopeful about getting help for my allergic reaction. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and was not very helpful. I felt lost and unsure about the process, and the lack of clear information only added to my frustration. I even left without treatment, which was disappointing, especially when I needed assistance. I think they could really improve the customer service aspect—maybe a little training for the front desk staff would go a long way in making patients feel valued. 🤷♀️
