At first, I was really hopeful about my visit to Infinity Dermatology, especially after hearing all the positive buzz. I went in for a medical consultation, expecting the usual prompt and friendly service. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The staff interactions left a lot to be desired; I felt the professionalism was lacking, and it really impacted my comfort during the consultation. While the care I received was reasonable, the overall atmosphere made it hard to feel relaxed. I truly think they could improve with some customer service training. I still believe in their potential, but I hope they take steps to enhance the experience for others! 🌼

I couldn’t believe the experience I had here. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping patients.
