If you’re like me and love to pamper yourself every now and then, you know how important reliable appointment scheduling can be. I recently had a scheduling mishap that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I had booked an appointment with Dana, who was really talented by the way, but there seemed to be some confusion about my time slot when I arrived. The staff didn’t seem to care much about the mix-up, and I felt a bit thrown aside. I really think improving customer service would go a long way here. It’s such a shame since the services have so much potential, but the experience was definitely lacking. I’d love to try again, but I hope the next time it’s a smoother process!

Soon after I walked in for a sports and medical massage, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly, putting me at ease right away. I was looking for a way to relieve some stress and tension, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded my expectations. The massage techniques they used were spot-on, targeting the areas I needed the most help with. After my session, I felt like a new person!
