She was super friendly, and I could tell she cared about making my experience special. The classic manicure was thorough—my nails have never looked better! And the pedicure? Absolute bliss! The foot soak and massage were just what I needed. After the session, I couldn’t stop showing off my fresh nails. Even my friends noticed, showering me with compliments! I didn’t expect my experience to be so disappointing! I went in for a dip powder manicure last week, hoping to maintain my nails, but honestly, they were chipped and cut poorly. 😔 The staff, especially Hanna, seemed a bit unfriendly and didn’t communicate well about the service. I expected at least three layers of dip powder along with a nice hand and arm massage, but that didn’t happen. It’s located right in Summerglen, San Antonio, which is great for convenience, but I really left feeling let down. I hope they work on improving the customer service and the quality of the treatments. Wouldn’t rush back, but maybe I’ll give it another shot in the future.
