I had no idea my experience with iMassage Houston would be so frustrating. I was really looking forward to my appointment, but when I arrived, it turned out there was a mix-up in their scheduling. Claudia was supposed to take care of everything, but I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. A little more communication and confirmation would have gone a long way. I appreciate the concept of wellness and self-care, but the lack of response left me feeling quite uneasy. I'm willing to give it another shot in the future, but they really need to step up their game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop.
