I walked in excited for some physical therapy to help with my ongoing issues. I really wanted to love this place in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood, but sadly, my experience didn't match my expectations. The appointment scheduling felt off, and when I arrived, it seemed like there was a mix-up, which was pretty frustrating. 😕 The staff I interacted with came off as a bit condescending, which didn't help the situation at all. I believe communication could really use some improvement here! On the bright side, the facility is nice and has potential, but I ended up canceling my follow-ups because I didn’t feel heard. If they could work on staff training and clearer scheduling, I think they could really elevate the care they provide. Wishing them the best, but I may need to look elsewhere for now.
