Overall, I left feeling like there’s potential here with the advanced treatments available, but the access and communication could definitely use a bit of a makeover.

Dr. Quiones is incredibly friendly and creates a comfortable environment that's easy to engage with. The way he manages my medication has made such a positive impact on my mental health maintenance. After my first visit to iKare, I had high hopes for their services, especially since I was looking for a reliable place to handle my prescription refills. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unresponsive when I reached out about getting my medication on time. Communication was definitely lacking, which made it really stressful for me as I was just trying to take care of my mental health. I think they have some great options like neurostimulation therapies, but they need to improve their responsiveness to really help clients. I hope they can work on this because having timely access to meds is so critical.
