I recently decided to try laser hair removal, hoping to make my life a bit easier. Honestly, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment I called to book my appointment, I sensed a lack of professionalism. First off, the pricing wasn't clearly communicated over the phone, and when I asked for details, the response was less than friendly. Upon arriving, the atmosphere felt off. I was greeted with a somewhat rude attitude that made me feel unwelcome. It would have helped if staff had taken a moment to explain the process thoroughly instead of making me feel like I was a bother for asking questions. This wasn't my first time exploring laser treatments, but it was definitely the least pleasant. As for the treatment itself, I was disappointed in the level of care. A bit more communication from the technician would have gone a long way, especially when it comes to comfort levels during the procedure. Also, I noticed they only accepted cash, which is frankly outdated and inconvenient in today's digital age. It would be more customer-friendly if they could consider accepting credit cards as an option. Overall, while I had high hopes for this, I walked away feeling let down and unsure if I’d want to return. A clearer pricing structure and a warmer approach could vastly improve the experience for future clients.

When I first visited this clinic for their facial and PRP treatment package, I was really excited about the potential benefits for my skin. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling a bit disappointed. Despite the high cost, the results were minimal, which was frustrating considering my hopes for noticeable improvement. I also felt that the scheduling process could be much more streamlined. It took a while to get a response from the staff, and when I finally did, the information I received about the treatments was not as clear as I expected. Communication is key in these kinds of services, and I felt a lack of attentiveness. I’d love to see them address these areas, as they have great potential, but I’m not sure I’ll return based on my experience.
