The moment I walked into the clinic, I had high hopes for my functional medicine consultation. Unfortunately, those hopes quickly faded. I felt like I was more of a number than a person, and the staff wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming. Dr. Patawaran, while knowledgeable, seemed rushed and didn't really take the time to listen to my concerns. I left feeling frustrated and, to be honest, a bit defeated. I was looking for a partner in my health journey, someone who would truly collaborate and help me improve my condition, but it just didn’t happen. I think this place could really thrive if they focused more on patient interaction and took the time to connect on a human level.

I never expected to feel so let down during my visits. I went in searching for serious help with multiple health issues that had been weighing heavily on me, but unfortunately, I found the consultations lacking. The staff seemed more focused on other things, and I felt like just another number on their list. There was a distinct lack of compassion, especially as someone with disabilities who often requires a bit more understanding and patience. Instead of feeling supported or understood, I left each time feeling even more frustrated. I really think they need to work on creating a warmer, more supportive environment for patients like me who are in vulnerable situations. It's disappointing when you seek help and the experience is so disheartening.
