After my first visit, I was hoping for a quick and efficient experience, but I was left feeling quite disappointed. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the waiting room was packed, and it seemed like nobody was particularly concerned about managing the schedules. I understand that things can get busy, but over an hour of waiting without any updates? That was frustrating. On top of that, when I finally did get someone’s attention, the interaction felt dismissive, which added to my dissatisfaction. I really just wanted to receive the medical attention I needed; however, that didn't happen. I truly think there needs to be an emphasis on improving time management and perhaps better training for the staff on how to communicate with patients. I’d love to see this place improve because it has potential.
