After my session at Hotel ZaZa, I have mixed feelings. Naomi was super friendly and worked hard to help me unwind, but I expected a bit more from the overall experience. The massage itself delivered some nice relaxation, which I desperately needed, but the relaxation area felt a little cramped. It would be great if they could expand that space and enhance the overall vibe of the facilities. Just a few tweaks could elevate this place!
