After visiting HonorHealth in North Mountain Village, I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. I had set up a video appointment, hoping to finally get some clarity on my health issues. However, the connection failed just as I was about to speak with the doctor, and trying to resolve it with the staff was an experience I’d rather forget. They were dismissive and frankly a bit rude when I asked for help. I felt like I was chasing shadows, and the whole situation left me frustrated and bewildered. Communication and confirmation could definitely use some serious improvement here; it's essential in healthcare, and it felt alarmingly lacking.
