While Dr. Hayes was knowledgeable, I felt a significant lack of care and understanding from the staff. It's concerning to leave a medical facility feeling more confused than when I arrived. I was hoping for a more thorough approach considering the seriousness of my issues, but instead, it felt a bit rushed and impersonal.
