I never expected to feel so mixed about scheduling a consultation. I was really looking forward to getting some advice on my sleep issues, but the communication left a lot to be desired. It felt like I was left hanging at times, which was frustrating when all I wanted was to get my appointment sorted out. The staff seemed nice enough, but I wished they were more responsive. On the bright side, I did eventually get my appointment scheduled, and I’m hoping for a better experience moving forward.
