I was pleasantly surprised by the new location; it's cleaner and has a nice vibe. The facial I had was quite enjoyable. Niki was friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel special. However, I did feel that the pacing of the services could use some adjustment. My massage felt a bit rushed, and the transition between treatments could have been smoother. Kaylee did a great job with my mani/pedi, but I think there’s room for improvement in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a relaxed pace. Despite these little hiccups, it's perfect for an occasional self-care day.
