What impressed me the most about my visit was how genuinely welcoming everyone was. I went to unwind from a hectic week, and I left feeling absolutely rejuvenated. Kevin guided me through a soothing Balinese massage that instantly melted away my stress. His expert hands worked through the knots in my shoulders, and I could feel the tension releasing with every touch. In between the treatments, Tina and Mia checked in to ensure everything was perfect, and it felt like a perfect little retreat right here in Oakland Gardens. The atmosphere was serene, filled with quiet music and calming scents, making it easy to forget the outside world. If you're looking for a spot to truly relax and reset, I wholeheartedly recommend making your way to this gem in Oakland Gardens. I can’t wait for my next visit!

What surprised me about my visit to Heaven Spa was how I expected to just melt away my stress, but instead, I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. The staff was polite enough, but there was a forcefulness in their approach that caught me off guard. I opted for a body massage, hoping for a gentle release of tension, but it felt rushed and a bit rough. I occasionally go for massages, and I was looking forward to this one for some much-needed relaxation. Unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver. Maybe it was an off day, but I left disappointed without that blissful feeling I usually chase after.

I was pleasantly looking forward to a good foot massage at Heaven Spa, hoping it would be a lovely end to a long week. However, my experience was quite underwhelming. While the ambiance had a nice touch, the service I received felt rushed and a bit inattentive. I didn't appreciate the staff’s dismissive attitude when I had a question about their tipping policy. It felt a bit disrespectful, as if they just wanted me to pay up and leave without any mention of options or feedback. I believe they should seriously re-evaluate their approach to customer service and maybe make the tipping policy clearer to avoid any awkwardness. Honestly, this experience left me disappointed, and I don't think I'll be back for a while.
