I walked in hoping for a professional and calming experience, especially since I was dealing with some persistent neck pain. Unfortunately, I was met with a less than welcoming atmosphere. Wendy was the chiropractor I saw, and while her technique seemed okay, the overall vibe was pretty disappointing. The front desk staff could definitely benefit from a lesson in customer service and professionalism; it felt a bit chaotic and uninviting. On a positive note, the clinic itself has potential, but they need to tidy up both their space and their approach to clients. San Francisco deserves better!
