I never expected my visit to be so frustrating. I went in thinking I'd get the usual friendly help for my health issues, but the back office support felt really disorganized. It was like playing a game of phone tag just to get a simple follow-up. Dr. was great, but without good support behind him, it didn't feel like anyone was really on top of things. I think with a bit more focus on communication and organization, this place could really shine. But right now, I just left feeling more confused than when I walked in. 😕
