I never expected to walk into an emergency room and feel more stressed than I already was. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the staff's attitude. Instead of feeling reassured, I encountered a couple of nurses who seemed dismissive and, to be honest, a bit rude. It was frustrating, especially when you’re already in a vulnerable state. I really hope they take the time to look into those complaints about their staff because a little kindness goes a long way in healthcare. I walked out feeling discouraged rather than cared for.

What I loved about my visits prior had me hoping for a similar experience, but after I took my baby in for a pediatric consultation in Greater Heights, I felt utterly disappointed. My goal was simply to ensure he received the proper diagnosis and care, but what I encountered was a frustrating experience right from the start. The staff's attitude was quite off-putting, and I felt treated with impatience rather than the warmth and respect I expected. It’s tough as a parent to navigate these situations, especially when you’re worried about your child’s health. I just wanted to speak to someone who could show they cared. Instead, I left with an incorrect diagnosis and no follow-up communication to clarify the situation. I really feel that kind communication and genuine interest in finding a solution could go a long way. Unfortunately, it was not the supportive environment I was hoping for, and I sincerely hope they work on this in the future.
