After visiting the clinic in Houston, I had a bit of a mixed experience. While most of the staff were wonderful and attentive, I encountered a nurse who seemed a bit overwhelmed and unkind, especially when it came to handling the younger patients. It left me feeling disappointed, as I believe every child deserves a little extra care and patience. However, the rest of the team was quite helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. It felt like the communication could have been much better. The interaction was not what I expected; I found the staff quite rude, which made me feel even more uneasy. I think a little more care and better bedside manners could go a long way in improving the experience. I really hope they work on this because I just want proper medical care when I visit. 🌟
