After my session, I was blown away by how unorganized everything felt. I came in hopeful about finding some support, but the whole accommodation process was frustrating. It seemed like the staff were overwhelmed and not quite on the same page. I had high expectations for compassionate service, especially given the need for proper assistance in the community. If they could streamline how they handle their assessments and housing options, it would make a world of difference. I really wanted to feel welcome and cared for, but it just didn’t happen this time.

I never expected such a disappointing experience when I reached out for housing support. The facility conditions were far from what I had hoped for, and my interactions with the staff were less than reassuring. It almost felt like they didn’t care. It’s really frustrating to see such potential go to waste when the need for support is so critical. A complete restaffing and a serious upgrade in facility maintenance would make a world of difference. Right now, it just feels like everything is in disarray.

I have to say, I was hoping for a more positive experience considering I visited regularly for a few weeks. I came in for rental payment assistance, trying to secure a stable living situation. While I could see their intention to help, the staff interaction left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I found some team members to be a bit rude, which made my visits quite disappointing. It’s tough when you're already working through challenging personal circumstances. On a brighter note, I appreciated the community BBQs—they were a nice touch for housing assessments, providing a chance to connect with others facing similar situations. Still, I think the team could really benefit from improving their communication and customer attitude. A little kindness goes a long way, especially for those of us striving to find our footing again.
