I was blown away by how pressured I felt during my last visit. I came in looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure, hoping to treat myself. While the manicure turned out cute, the overall experience was quite frustrating. The staff kept hinting for tips even though I hadn't finished my treatment yet. It made me uncomfortable, and honestly, I’ve experienced friendlier places where I felt like a valued customer instead of just a source for extra cash. I hope they can improve their approach because the services themselves did have potential. But for now, I’m not sure I want to go back.
