I can honestly say I was looking forward to a relaxing foot massage, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly, which I appreciated, but I felt like the focus was mostly on repetitive motions, especially on the soles and not so much around the toes or other areas. For the price, it was okay, but I would love to see more variety in the techniques. Maybe a little extra time spent on the toes would elevate the experience. Still, I might give it another shot—sometimes it’s just nice to wind down! 😊

I walked in feeling hopeful for some relief from my back pain, especially since I heard good things about the massage services in Norwood Park East. However, I left feeling more disappointed than relaxed. The therapist I had seemed inexperienced and applied too much pressure in areas that were already sore, which only worsened my condition. While I appreciate their attempts, I think more training for the staff would really help improve the overall experience. I was really looking for someone who could tailor the massage to my needs, and unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
