After my first visit for a prosthetic fitting in Gurnee, I walked away feeling truly satisfied with the whole experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, which made me feel right at home. The staff was knowledgeable, and they took the time to address my concerns and needs. I did notice that it could get a bit busy at times, and I think having more staff on hand would really enhance the experience. Overall, I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I have to say, getting an appointment as a new patient in Gurnee was a bit of a hassle at first. I reached out multiple times, and the process felt frustrating. Most of the staff were mostly unhelpful, which added to my disappointment. However, I finally got through to Yevette, who was fantastic! She made sure to get me set up for an appointment. It’s clear that they need some improvement in their call center training and system functionality, but I appreciate the one staff member who really went the extra mile. Overall, I'm looking forward to my visit, hoping it goes smoother than scheduling did!
