When I first took my newborn to Hanger Clinic in Glendale, I was hoping for a supportive experience, especially since we were dealing with some medical concerns right out of the gate. Unfortunately, I found the staff's professionalism severely lacking. It felt like they were more focused on their routines than the well-being of my baby. Communication was poor, and I left feeling frustrated and anxious about my baby's health instead of reassured. I really believe there’s a lot of room for improvement on their approach to patient care and communication, especially for parents who are already on edge. It’s crucial that they step up their game for the sake of the little ones. 😡
