I never expected my experience at Hand & Stone to be less than ideal. I went in hoping for a soothing facial to improve my skin, but instead, I felt a bit like a walking dollar sign. The staff seemed quite eager to upsell additional treatments, which honestly made me uncomfortable. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but the constant pressure to add on services left me feeling disappointed. I think there needs to be more focus on customer comfort rather than just making sales. While the facial itself was decent, the overall approach of the staff really tarnished my visit. Perhaps some additional training on customer service and a more subdued approach to selling additional services could help. I love supporting local businesses, but this visit just didn’t hit the mark for me.
