I understand they want to offer additional services, but it felt overwhelming at times. I just wanted to unwind without feeling pressured to add more treatments. If they could dial back on the upselling, it would make for a much more calming atmosphere. Overall, while the facial was good, I left feeling a tad disappointed because of the experience.

It’s a bummer because I occasionally treat myself, but this left me disappointed.
