First off, my session was noticeably shorter than I booked for, which was frustrating. I had hoped for a calming atmosphere and a great practitioner, but the scheduling felt so rushed. The paperwork was a bit chaotic too; I had to fill out forms on the fly instead of before the session. Kim, the practitioner, might have had a tough day, but her energy didn’t feel very welcoming or professional. It’s such a bummer because I wanted to love this place, but if they're going to continue like this, they really need to get their act together to ensure everyone has a proper and stress-free experience.
