I must say, my visit to Hand & Stone was more disappointing than I had hoped. I went in for a facial, excited about the prospect of refreshing my skin, but left with swollen eyes and a feeling of frustration. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful when I mentioned my reaction, which made the situation even worse. I wish they had been more transparent about the products they were using. A little more clarity could have saved me a lot of discomfort. I expected a soothing experience, but instead came away feeling irritated. I might give them another shot, but this time, I’ll definitely be more cautious.
