When I walked in, I was filled with excitement for a fresh nail art design that I'd been dreaming about. However, my enthusiasm quickly fizzled out. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. I tried to explain my desired design to the technician, but it felt like I was speaking to a wall. I left disappointed with something that didn’t even resemble what I asked for. It’s such a shame because I really wanted to love my nails.
