I visited Hamdard Health Alliance in Rogers Park for a doctor's appointment and, I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. Despite showing up on time, I ended up waiting for over an hour without much communication from the staff about what was happening. It felt a bit like my time didn’t matter. I get that things can be hectic, but a little update now and then really makes a difference. I was looking forward to discussing my health concerns, but unfortunately, I had to leave without the consultation. I do think they have great services, especially in cardiology and mental health, but they really need to step up their game when it comes to patient waiting times and communication. Just a bit more respect for our time would go a long way! 🌟
