After trying the Brazilian keratin treatment here, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how organized the whole experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive, and the process felt seamless overall. My hair felt much smoother afterward, which was exactly what I wanted. However, I do think they could improve on a couple of things—like having cleaner tools at hand during the service and maybe not making the tip a compulsory part of the process.
