After my session on the Northwest Side of San Antonio, I can't help but feel a mix of emotions. I was really excited to get my hair highlighted and cut, expecting to walk out feeling fabulous. The color turned out beautifully—it was highlighted very well and bounced with a vibrant shine. However, I found the overall experience a bit disappointing. The stylist seemed quite insistent on using certain products that I wasn't particularly comfortable with, which left my scalp feeling a bit irritated afterward. I think they should definitely consider being more sensitive to the products they use on clients, especially with varying hair types and sensitivities. Plus, it would be great if they could revisit their pricing—it felt a tad steep for what I experienced. I truly believe there's potential here, just a few tweaks needed to make it a stellar visit!
