My sessions with Monica have been incredibly uplifting; she has this way of making me feel understood and supported. The TMS therapy itself was surprisingly comfortable—just gentle magnetic pulses that felt like a little massage for the brain. With each visit, I noticed a significant decrease in my depression symptoms, and I’m starting to rediscover joy in things that used to feel overwhelming. The staff were all so friendly, making each session feel like a safe space. If you're considering a way to lighten your mental load, this is definitely worth exploring. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my experience!

From the start of my TMS treatment in Uptown, I found the process to be a bit of a mixed bag. The technician, Kennedi, was absolutely wonderful—friendly and knowledgeable, she made each session feel supportive, which was a huge relief. However, I couldn’t help but feel a little let down by the overall experience. I think there’s a need for a bit more involvement from the prescribing provider, which would really enhance the journey. It would be great if they took a more active role in the process, especially for those of us banking on this treatment for our mental health. Overall, I appreciate what the team is doing, but there's room for improvement!
