Green Tea Spa On 35th Street

I wasn’t expecting my experience at Green Tea Spa on 35th Street to turn into a bit of a nail nightmare. I went in for a manicure, excited about that lasting perfection they promised, but that’s not quite what I got. The nail filing was inconsistently done, kind of like they were in a race or something, and the polish application? Let’s just say I left with a few smudges. When I mentioned it to the staff, their response was less than helpful, which added to my frustration. I really wanted to love this place given their overall vibe and services, but they need to pay more attention to the details if they want to keep their clients happy.

As a regular at various nail salons, I was really looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, it left me feeling disappointed. I opted for a gel manicure, expecting that fresh, pristine finish I’ve come to love. However, the experience felt rushed and not as attentive as I had hoped. What struck me the most was the pricing, which seemed much higher than what I was initially told. A little transparency would go a long way here! While the final look of my nails was decent, the service didn’t match the price tag and I left feeling uneasy about my choice. I think there’s potential for this place to be great, but they definitely need to reassess how they communicate with their clients about costs and services.
