I was really looking forward to my appointment, hoping to finally find the right pain management plan. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I anticipated. While the facility was well-equipped and clean, the staff didn’t seem particularly warm or welcoming. It felt more like a business transaction than a caring healthcare environment. I had questions about the treatment options and their policies, but the way they were explained felt rushed and almost a bit curt. I believe everyone deserves a little kindness, especially when we’re dealing with chronic issues. I left feeling disappointed and even more confused than when I arrived. I think there’s definitely room for improvement in how they communicate with patients—compassion goes a long way in this field.

My interaction with Dr. Uzma Syeda felt rushed; I had questions that were left unanswered, and even worse, the explanations about my condition felt unclear and dismissive. I hoped to leave with clarity, but I left feeling more confused and frustrated. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to rely on their expertise, but communication is key in healthcare, and I just didn’t feel heard at all.
