I was really looking forward to some pampering with a gel manicure and pedicure, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The gel manicure I received felt rushed and lacked that flawless finish you’d expect. There were bubbles and uneven spots, and it just didn’t look polished at all. The pedicure was even more frustrating—my feet didn’t feel any softer after the treatment, and I found it hard to relax because the technician was quite unprofessional. It felt more like a chore than a treat. I think they could really benefit from retraining their staff to ensure that customers feel valued and leave feeling great. I occasionally treat myself to these services, but I won’t be returning here anytime soon.

My first impression of Grand Nail Dallas in Park Cities was wow! I walked in feeling a bit drab, and left with nails that looked like they were made for a music video—glowing in the dark and all! I opted for the Gel Manicure, and trust me, it was the best decision. The staff was super friendly, and they even suggested adding a little bit of ombre for that extra flair. If you're in Dallas and want your nails to steal the spotlight, this is the place to hit up!
