Upon entering, I felt an instant sense of calm. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, like they genuinely cared about my comfort. I went in for some urgent care due to a nasty cold that just wouldn’t quit. The doctor was amazing—attentive and thorough, making sure to address all my concerns with a big smile. It's such a relief to find a place where I felt both heard and cared for. If you ever find yourself in need of medical attention, I can't recommend this place enough! ❤️

If you’re looking for quick and compassionate care, you might want to think twice here. I recently needed a medical consultation and was hopeful about getting the help I needed. Unfortunately, I was met with an incredibly long wait time that felt unending. I kept looking at my watch, wondering when I’d finally see someone. When I was finally called back, the staff interaction was less than pleasant; their rudeness caught me off guard and just added to my disappointment. Communication was definitely lacking—no one provided updates on my wait time or the status of my treatment, which made things even more frustrating. I really wanted to leave feeling taken care of, but instead, I felt neglected. I think they need to work on their customer service and keeping patients in the loop when it comes to wait times. Overall, it was not the experience I was hoping for at all.
